AGES 5 - 18 (2007 - 2020)
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
This program is great for players who have never played football before and for those that have tackle football experience. Flag football is no contact and is played with smaller teams, 5v5. With 2 practices each week (Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-8pm), your player will learn and refine the fundamental skills of football. Tuesday practice will focus on conditioning and skill development. Thursday practice will be focused on flag, creating plays, and preparing for the Saturday game. Games will be held on Saturdays - game schedule will be released the first week of practice.
** Athletes born in 2017 - 2020 will have 1 hour practices**
SPRING SEASON: APRIL 1 - JUNE 14
FALL SEASON: AUGUST - NOVEMBER
**This spring, our conditioning program will be intertwined with our flag program.**
Previous experience isn't necessary for you to start working on improving as an athlete. The conditioning program is created to help athletes work on their strength, endurance, and fine tuning specific skills such as; running technique, footwork, and so much more.
If you're looking for a full-contact sport, this program is for you! New and returning players are welcome - no previous football experience is required. Join our amazing coaches on the field 2 nights a week to learn and refine your football skills, work on running routes, and how to play as one unit. Followed by a game on the weekend to put all the hard work into motion.
Depending on the league, teams will either be 9v9 or 12v12.
Fall 2025 will have Jr. Bantam and Bantam teams. We plan to expand the tackle program Fall 2026.
